The following is Rill’s Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”). By registering on or using the Rill application (“Rill” or the “App”), you enter into a legally binding agreement between you (“Member” or “you”) and Rill (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
1. Scope
These Terms define the rights and obligations between you and Rill. They form a contractual agreement governing your use of the App. Additional policies, such as our Privacy Policy, may also apply.

3. Registration
Rill is available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Download is free. The App is designed for iOS and Android devices running supported versions.
3.1 Account Requirements
To use Rill, you must create an account and agree to:

Be legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdictionProvide accurate and up-to-date information
Registration may require information such as name, email, date of birth, profile details, and profile content (including images or interests).
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account.
You may only maintain one account.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposesUse the App for commercial solicitation or professional services without authorizationImpersonate others or misrepresent your identityUpload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the AppAttempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App
Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without permission

3.3 Monitoring and Enforcement

4. Rill Responsibilities and Limitations
We aim to provide a reliable and high-quality service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.We are not responsible for device incompatibility, network issues, or interruptions beyond our control.
We take reasonable measures to protect user data and platform security, but cannot guarantee absolute security.Users are responsible for securing their own devices and accounts.

5.1 Email and Notifications

You may receive notifications related to activity, events, or engagement within the App.
6. Usage Rights
Rill grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.You retain rights to your content, but by posting or sharing content on Rill, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.You agree that you will not hold Rill responsible for claims arising from your content or misuse of the platform.
7. Community Guidelines
By using Rill, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines.
We may remove content that violates these guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated or severe violations.
Users can report content or behavior that violates our rules. We aim to review and act on reports in a timely manner.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill resulting from use of the App

10. Child Safety Policy
Rill is strictly intended for users aged 18 and older. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).We prohibit:
Any sexual exploitation of minorsCreation, sharing, or distribution of CSAMGrooming or solicitation of minors
Misrepresentation of age to access the platformAny content sexualizing minorsWe will:Immediately remove violating contentSuspend or permanently ban accounts
Report illegal activity to law enforcement
